                                • Prerequisites: Complete application for general admission to William Carey University and pay all necessary fees, along with submission of all supporting documents required by the University. Have a minimum GPA of 2.6. Submit a completed HIM program application. Complete an unofficial transcript evaluation with the HIM program director to determine what prerequisite courses are needed. Meet all prerequisite course requirements with a C or better in all courses (list of required prerequisite courses can be provided by program director). Provide evidence of a clear criminal background check and negative drug screen. Provide evidence of immunization compliance and history of physical examination prior to professional practice experience.
